Nina worked as a junior chef at L’Anima, London, before a stint at The Ledbury and at Alain Ducasse’s Dorchester. She’s run the kitchen at Jacob Kenedy’s Gelupo (sister to the wonderful Bocca di Lupo restaurant) and rolled out the croissant dough at The Senequier Bakery in St Tropez. In 2012 she launched her catering company “NINA” dedicated to bringing a little taste of her childhood in the south of France to the heart of London and beyond, and all coming out of her retro ‘70s van. Interest in her business has grown rapidly and she has featured in The Sunday Times ‘Style’ Magazine, Vogue and Elle.
